The E:P:N theorem takes its inspiration from NATURE and ATOMS in particular ... in a fashion that help us communicate more effectively. Our avatars, Eleko, Prot and Njut, are innately as different as electrons, protons and neutrons in atoms. Loosely speaking, Eleko, like electrons, prefers a pace that is structured and dependable ... one that is conducive to “MAKING” things. He represents efficient MANUFACTURING. Prot, like protons, does not have a predictable personality; he is an entrepreneur—a change agent. Given the choice, he prefers SELLING to making or managing. Prot usually runs the show; he represents effective MARKETING. Njut, the natural calming agent (in atoms, at home and at work), is best thought of as being in the “SERVICE” sector ... innately compelled to keeping peace. Think of her as being in a supporting role representing MANAGEMENT. |
